KEY DATES - Fall 2024
- 9/15: Senior Exhibition Agreement due
- 9/23: exhibition week and space assignments
- 10/28: Promotional materials due via email to Manuel.A@cca.edu (please include your name as you would like it to appear on the title wall, an image for promotion via instagram and your instagram name if you would like us to include it in posts)
- 11/4: Senior Exhibitions Installation Plan is due
- 12/2–12/6: Exhibition Week:
- Early Gallery Access: Monday, 11/25 (time to be determined)
- Install: Monday 12/2, 11AM–4PM and Tuesday, 12/3, 11AM–4PM
- Open Hours: Wednesday, 12/4, 11AM–7PM, Thursday, 12/5, 11AM–4PM, and Friday, 12/6, 11AM–4PM
- Reception: Wednesday, 12/4, 5PM–7PM
- Deinstall: Monday, 12/10, 11AM–3PM (If you are unable to deinstall on 12/10 you can email Manuel.A@cca.edu to arrange to deinstall on the previous Friday, 12/6)

INVENTORY
The following equipment is available to reserve and utilize for your Senior Exhibitions. Email Installation Manager Manuel Angeja at manuel.a@cca.edu to inquire about availability and to reserve any of the equipment listed below. Reservations should be made at least 2 weeks in advance your first installation date. Please include the ID # or Model # in your requests.

INSTALLATION TOOLS AND HARDWARE
The Exhibition Department keeps the items on the following tool and hardware lists readily available at the Novack Gallery for install and deinstall. During your install and deinstall timeframes you can expect to have access to the listed items. We also have a variety of equipment that is not listed. If you require tools or hardware that are not on these lists you are welcome to Email Installation Manager Manuel Angeja (manuel.a@cca.edu) to ask if we have those items. If we do not have the items you will need to source them from elsewhere or make do with what we have. We may be able to help direct you to a source or suggest other solutions.
Tools
We have limited numbers of some of these tools. Tools with limited numbers are marked (limited #) with the # indicating the amount we have available to use. Items marked limited will need to be shared between all artists during install days. If you anticipate needing access to any of the tools marked limited for long periods of time, please email Manuel Angeja (manuel.a@cca.edu) and let him know so that he can coordinate with the other installing artists ahead of time.
