NEW Bookable Outdoor Spaces for Spring 2025 (Internal)
As part of our campus expansion, we’re excited to introduce three new outdoor spaces available for class projects, exhibitions, gatherings, and other creative uses. These spaces offer a unique opportunity to engage with our environment in innovative ways.
The Wattis and CCA Exhibitions will also host outdoor sculptures and installations alongside curricular activities, further integrating these spaces into the creative fabric of CCA.
Available Spaces
- Double Ground - Quad (Level 2) – ~8,500 sq ft (can accommodate multiple projects)
- Double Ground - Gensler Courtyard (Level 1) – ~2,000 sq ft
- Cascade Stairs (Level 1) – 150 seats
These spaces can be booked individually, in combination, or as a whole, providing flexibility for various needs. Looking ahead, the Double Ground Teaching Garden Beds will also be available for booking as they continue to develop.

Long-Term Bookings (Full day, multiple days, or recurring use)
Ideal for exhibitions, long-term projects, and events requiring staff support.

Short-Term Bookings (A few hours/day)
Designed for class crits, outdoor meetings, or gatherings requiring little to no setup.

- No staff support (self-serve use only)
