We’re excited to announce that a Waitlist feature in Workday is now available for some Spring 2021 H&S courses at the Undergraduate level.

If a course section is closed when you attempt to register, you have the option of placing your seat on a waitlist for that course section.The waitlist feature reserves your spot in a closed course section until an open seat is available for you to register.

Waitlisting is first-come, first-served based on a student’s date and time during the open registration period. As seats open up, students on the waitlist will get a notification via CCA and home email addresses and have 24 hours to enroll in the reserved seat.

Please note that your reserved spot on the waitlist does not mean you are automatically enrolled in the course. You must check your Workday inbox to accept the open seat in order to register. In case you do not get into the course section for which you are waitlisted, find an alternative course and register for it as a back-up course section.

Please also note that when attempting to register for a course, the confirmation of enrollment in the course looks very similar to the confirmation that you were added to the waitlist, so please review all registration notifications in Workday carefully to ensure you understand your registration status for any given course section.
