Event description

Welcome to Dealing with the Delta: The Gap Between Expectations and Reality workshop! Join us on Wed, Feb 12, 2025 at 3:00 PM at California College of the Arts (CCA) Blattner Hall to explore the challenges of meeting expectations in today's fast-paced world. This event, brought to you by the Design MBA (DMBA), will feature insightful discussions, an interactive workshop, and networking opportunities to help you navigate the delta between what you expect in a work environment and what actually happens.

This workshop is being facilitated by following two incredible design leaders: Sudha Broslawsky, is a systems and servant leader who prioritizes building and growing inclusive, diverse, collaborative, and high-performing teams. And, Courtney Kaplan, ia transformational coach for the design-minded -- who's worked with clients from Apple, Google, Meta, Oculus, Mailchimp, Slack, Amazon, Roblox, and more -- who helps clients develop leadership skills to become more influential, confident, and impactful.

Don't miss out on this chance to gain valuable insights and connect with like-minded individuals. See you there!
