Event description
The Office of Student Success and Student Life are happy to announce a collaborative, volunteer opportunity open to students, staff, and faculty community at CCA!
We will be working with Creative Growth, a non-profit organization based in Oakland, California that advances the inclusion of artists with developmental disabilities in contemporary art and strengthens community by providing a supportive studio environment and gallery representation. Join us for a day of service with Creative Growth to help kick off their community poster project!
When: Saturday, March, 4th (mid-day / afternoon - more time details to come)
Where: Creative Growth | 355 24th Street, Oakland, CA 94612
Volunteer responsibilities include:
Setup and breakdown
Facilitate art making
Guide tours in the Oakland community
