This year, in preparation for the deprecation of WebAdvisor/Colleague, the Portal Team has been focusing on the development necessary for integration with Workday Student & Academics. Look for more about that soon.
That said, we've released the following this year . . .
Academic CALENDAR
- To make it easier to read, we added a bit of design and styling to the Academic Calendar.
- Resolved issue whereby the sort order of Events on the Dashboard differed from that on the Event Listing page
- Handful of improvements to make the life of an Events Wagtail editor easier.
Campus Planning
- Implemented new layout and features for Campus Planning.
Footer Refresh
The footer design was given a lush update to bring it closer to the cca.edu design.
Bugs
- Resolved a bevy of bugs related to the accurate display of Faculty and the adding of new users to the People directory.
- Resolved issue where Google results for People displayed the cookie notification message as the snippet in the Google result set.
- Resolved sorting issue on Academic Program Faculty + Staff pages.
- Resolved issue where the date, time and author of Announcement posts were not displaying.

By end of day on TUESDAY, APRIL 30TH, all content found on that platform, which has been deemed good and golden, will be published on the Portal.
Most of the content will be found in the Educational Technology Services section under Essentials. However, some content will be found in other areas such as Academic Technology, Shops etc. That said, all can be found easily by using Portal-wide search. ;)
Finally, the all-important Helpdesk Ticket Submission form is already live on the Portal. Check it out!
