Graduate Advisory Committee
The Graduate Advisory Committee (GAC) is a standing committee composed of College faculty that advises the Chair on a wide range of issues affecting Program students, faculty, and staff, including (but not limited to) long-term program goals, curriculum, and admissions. GAC also holds the Program’s central discussions around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Convening on a regular basis throughout each academic year, GAC is a transparent and democratic forum in which diverse, polyvocal input is provided to the Chair on central matters of Program management. Members generally sit three-year terms at the invitation of the Chair, and their work is recognized as Program service by the College.
