ESA Request Procedure

1. Submit an ESA Request in Workday. (Requests and documentation should be sent at least thirty [30] days before the student intends to bring the animal into the student’s residence hall.)
2. Students should schedule an appointment after submitting a request to finalize approval.
3. Students should not bring the animal to campus until Access / Disability Services has communicated the animal's approval to Housing / Dining.
