Overview

Immunization Requirements & Records

CCA does not currently require vaccines or collect proof of immunization. However, the college encourages all members of our community to consult with their healthcare providers / medical professionals about which vaccines are best for them.

What is the differences between immunization and vaccination?

  • Vaccination: The act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce protection from a specific disease.
  • Immunization: A process by which a person becomes protected against a disease through vaccination. This term is often used interchangeably with vaccination or inoculation.
