Spring 2025 move-in is January 15th!

If you are new to campus, please review the move-in instructions below:

You may check in to your housing assignment on Wednesday, January 15th, from 8 am-12 pm. When you arrive at your assigned residential hall, go directly to the front desk. The front desk attendant will be there to greet you and assist you with the check-in process. If someone is helping you move in, please bring them to the front desk when you check in. They will need to grab a CCA visitor sticker.

Don't forget to complete the following before you arrive: 

1. Upload Your Photo to One Card- Your CCA ID card gives you access to your residence hall and room just like a key. In order for us to create your CCA ID card, we will need you to upload a photo to your OneCard Account.
2. Update Your Emergency Contact in Workday

Our website contains detailed information regarding Move-In, Residential Community Standards & Policies, Transportation and Parking, and Meal Plans. If you have questions about what to bring, you can find a list of items here:

Please do not ship any packages or letters to your new home until after your move-in date. We cannot accept any items sent before your arrival.
