Eligibility

Applicants must meet at least one (1) of the following requirements:

• Be enrolled in a CCA 2025 Summer course
• Be enrolled at least part time as a student at CCA for the Fall 2025 semester

Terms

• Residents are required to sign up for the full term dates as outlined in the schedule below
• *Current Resident is defined as anyone with an active Housing License agreement for the Spring 2025 term in any residence hall (Founders or Blattner Hall).

Students enrolled in a Summer Abroad Program who also live on campus during the summer will receive a reduced On-Campus Housing & Meal Plan, to account for Room & Board fees while abroad

Summer Cancellation Policy - Voluntary

• CCA Residents who have submitted a signed License Agreement for Founders Hall, and subsequently submit a Housing Cancellation Form on or before May 1 will;
  • forfeit their room assignment,
  • be released from their License Agreement,
  • you must pay to CCA a $300 cancellation fee.
• CCA Residents who have submitted a signed License Agreement for Founders Hall, and subsequently submit a Housing Cancellation Form after May 1 will;
  • forfeit their room assignment,
  • be released from their License Agreement,
  • you must pay CCA the entire amount of the entire Housing License Fee.

Payment Flexibility

• A three month payment plan is available May through July. Payments are due May 3, June 3 and July 3.
• In order to qualify for Financial Aid, you need to be enrolled in at least 6 units for Summer
• If your financial circumstances are preventing you from securing housing, please reach out to Financial Aid Offices to discuss further to ensure that you've explored all options
• If you sign a new Housing License Agreement for next Fall term, your summer agreement will be automatically extended between the expiration of your summer agreement through the move in date for your Fall agreement and you will be charge pro-rata for the additional nights based on your assigned unit type

1. Access your Housing at CCA account: CCA username and password (same as your CCA email)
2. Select “get started” (the blue button next to the Housing Application title - ENSURE THAT YOU SELECT SUMMER APPLICATION)
3. Read the housing application carefully, and complete all fields as necessary
4. Review and submit your application
5. Upon receipt of your application, the housing team will review your application and enter you into the housing assignment process
6. Upon receiving, review and sign the Housing License Agreement: This will be sent through your CCA Housing account
7. You will receive your roommate and room assignment by mid April
8. Charges for housing will be applied to your account on or near May 1
